Which browser should be used?

Which screen resolution is best?
This site is best viewed at 800x600 screen resolution with the screen color depth set to at least 256 colors, preferably higher.

What modem speed is recommended?
We recommend an internet connection of 28.8 Kbps or faster to get the best from the site.

How do I tour the site?
By clicking on the menu buttons at the top of the site you will be able to visit the individual sections of the site. There are also many links throughout the site. To follow a link click on the underlined text.

How do I know I have downloaded the latest version of the site?
To ensure that you always have the most up to date version of the site you should click the "refresh" or "reload" button in the toolbar at the top of your browser. By clicking on this button each time you visit the site you should always be viewing the most recent site.

How do I print out pages?
With most browsers you should have no problems printing pages from the site to your usual printer. If you find you are experiencing problems, or are printing only the top title bar, you should try clicking on the main text and then try printing. Some pages, such as News Releases, have links to versions of the information which have been specially prepared for printing. Click on the relevant link to select these 'print friendly' versions.

Who do I notify if there are problems with the site?
Although we are unable to help with individual problems, we would welcome information from users on any problems they encounter when visiting the site to help us remedy them. If you experience a problem please

How do I visit other Syngenta sites, for example country site?
A link is available on the home page and elsewhere on the site to allow you to visit individual country sites. As Syngenta is formed from a merger of Novartis Agribusiness and Zeneca Agrochemicals some sites will exist as separate Zeneca and Novartis Web sites until full integration has occurred.
